Nokia, which has long shied away from releasing thin devices, has today announced its entry to the ever-crowded thin handset market with the new N76. Nokia states that it did not want to compromise on features just to shave thickness off the device, and as such, this 14mm (0.5") thick handset boasts some impressive specifications when compared to its rivals.The new Nokia N76 runs the S60 v3 UI on top of the Symbian OS, and so includes all the smartphone features that users have come to expect from the company's Nseries. The folder design holds music control keys underneath the 160x128 pixel resolution external display, and conceals a 16 million color capable 2.4" QVGA resolution internal screen that can also be used in a landscape orientation. A 2.0 megapixel camera is present to satisfy the shutterbugs among us, with 26MB of internal memory and microSD memory expansion supporting up to 2GB cards to store all your photos and music. With UMTS 3G high-speed data and Bluetooth v2.0, the Nokia N76 should satisfy most on the connectivity front. Despite the feature list, the Nokia N76 tips the scales at just 115g (4.1oz).

It looks really cool and is easy to handle. I like this phone I've bought so far. The sound and images are beautiful.

Don't waste your time and money for this good looking phone. The N76 I got is really a piece of junk. The phone keeps unresponding or could not power it off. After few hours with the phone. It looks good from picture, but once you receive on your hand, you will understand what I am talking about.
She just wants me to return the product back to Amazon ASAP. The only way to rest this phone is removed the battery. The battery cover is extreme difficult to remove from the phone. I would rather give this product "Zero" star. For a phone marked as $400+, it is not worth at all.
I bought this phone for my wife as her birthday.
It had no plastic cover for the memory card, but it didn't need it, since it didn't bring the included memory card neither. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. This product was finally shipped to me after several delays, and when I finally got it, the box was opened and the phone was damaged on the sides. The charger was also missing.My choice was to send it back (and pay the 2-way shipment) or living with a "new" cellphone that looked like it was roughly used for a year.At first I though the box was opened on the way here, but unless someone in FedEx put his really mistreated cellphone (identical to the one i bought) in the place of the new one, I doubt it could be accidentally (or even on purpose) damaged that way.Since the shipment from my country was waaaaay too expensive I had to keep it, so don't let it happen to you.
